A popular South Florida beach remains off-limits for swimmers as Labor Day weekend arrives.<p/> The Miami-Dade Health Department said Friday it is extending its swimming advisory at Crandon Park beaches because of high bacteria counts. That means beach-goers should avoid the water there until the advisory, first imposed on Wednesday, is lifted.
